Using different translation isn't going to help you. [ ]

I don't listen to speculation. Not when facts debunks it.

It must be very easy and fun to "debunk" a theory using imaginary facts. So far, you haven't given a single piece of evidence to support your claim that the Shinju spoke. (The manga never states it as I have already commented on.)

"Tradition", "They were instructed", It doesn't point out the fact that the Shinju talked. The shinju is an entity thought to be a god, andf the humans didn't allow the tree to even be affected by the war. So they believed themselves that the fruit shouldn't be eaten. The Shinju was never conscious even Kyuubi states that it has no feelings or ideals, and the tree can't do anything itself if it isn't redirected by anyone...
False. It's not a tradition. It's a fact that the Shinju is a god. ''Instructed'' means giving an order. Shinju gave people an order not to eat to eat from the fruit. That is why when Kaguya ate the fruit, Shinju went mad. If it has no conscious, it won't go mad to take it's Chakra. Except ''feelings and ideals'' are not conscious.

It was stated in one translation that it was a tradition, and the other said they were instructed. If its a tradition, then it never stated who started this tradition. If it was instructed to the humans that they should never lay a finger on it then it was never stated who gave these instructions. It may have been the Shinju, or if it was someone/something else. It hold no proof that the Shinju can speaks or even has a conscious. (This theory and the one I am currently writing explains why the Juubi could have become a creature.) Again, you have no evidence to support your claim. You are denying a theory based on your own theory and claiming your own theory as evidence and facts.

I am not sure of Kaguya being the Fruit, since it is a theory. But I am sure that the Shinju can't talk. It was never stated it could. And Tradition and have been instructed means that it was a tradition made by the humans and not the tree itself. Will look up Viz Scans as well.

I only think it was stated that the Juubi was born from the Shinju in order to take back the chakra sometime during Hagoromo and Hamura's adult age. (Meaning the Juubi can just as well be Kaguya.)

the chakra Kaguya took from the tree was the fruit itself/the power of the fruit.

now if you're saying that Kaguya might as well be the juubi then this makes it even more far fetched hmm the power of the Juubi and the power of the fruit are two different things.

OP says she's the fruit, you say that she's the Juubi and she's supposed to be the person who ate the fruit and angered the Juubi.

I was going to explain this, but I will be posting a theory based around this shortly..

Or one and the same...We have never seen the fruit's chakra going anywhere. How come the Shinjus looks that different, and how come the chakra of the fruit, died that easily...

Madara: "Long, long ago before they even had a concept of chakra...
...People still continuously battled each other.

The divine tree, with no involvement in such conflicts...
...Was worshipped by the masses as a sacred pillar.

And then one day, the tree bore fruit that was said to be produced only once a millennium.

I don't know what if any significance it holds...
...But according to legend that fruit was never to be touched.'' (Credits to BlinkST)

Viz translation supports the Shinju talked.

People will listen ''instructions'' from something that it's worthy of that. The fact that Shinju was not affected from wars of it's era is a proof. Your interpretation is false, incorrect and fallacious. Furthermore, the Viz is posted. If you have anything better to say, I might take you serious.

I am sorry what? That doesn't prove it at all. Legends are created by people and not by the trees. The Shinju can't talk since it lacks intelligence...And how come that no one stopped Kaguya from eating the fruit?!?!

it can't be the same because the Juubi IS the tree in a different form and it is also the origin/maker of the fruit.

so Kaguya being the fruit is still possible (needs more explanation though/the Juubi's rampage/the fruit became self aware and repelled against it's creator) but, saying that that Kaguya is the fruit AND the Juubi/holly tree at same time doesn't make any sense bro.

Trees come from fruits right? And The previous Shinju looks totally different from the first one. So I guess, you kinda know what the new theory is about ;)

And who told people about that ''legend''? The Shinju did. Just like how it's legend about Rikudou Sennin. IT TOLD PEOPLE NOT TO EAT FROM THE FRUIT, HENCE WHY THEY DID NOT EAT FROM THE FRUIT. WHEN KAGUYA ATE THE FRUIT, IT WEN'T MAD AND WANTED TO RECLAIM IT [ ]. What part of that do you understand?

Madara also stated that Black Zetsu was his will, and that the flower needed to bloom in order for the Mugen Tsukuyomi to work. (He stated a lot of things, most was proven wrong in the end.) Also, even in the VIZ translation, it was never stated that the Shinju spoke. Not even once.

Legends are created by people, instructions are created by creatures with a mind and traditions comes from generations. The legends on the Shinju was written by Hagoromo, and was stored in the Uchiha Tablet. The instructions were given, but neither translation states if it was the tree or someone else. The tradition would have come from the previous generations of people. For your comment on only someone having to be "worthy" to give instructions. Well that could be anyone, a King, a priest or just traditions from ancient times. You again, have no proof of your claims and your "interpretation" is as faulty as you claim mine to be.

Then why is Kaguya claiming the chakra to be hers and why does he aim to use the Shinju to create an army of Zetsus? Also what happen to Kaguya if she didn't become the Juubi or Shinju?

Look dude, The Rikudou Legend was created by Rikudou, as much as the legend of the Shinju was created of the shinju.
The Shinju was a being not capable of talking, if it would have talked then Rikudou could have done the things by peace. But trees don't talk. And what Madara says doesn't even prove anything. It just further proves that the Shinju just was a source of power thats all.

Irrelevant.

Doesn't say ''tradition'' in the Viz. Except, there was no ''king'' since people kept battling. Says I have no proof, and relies on speculation, lel.

I can tell that I shouldn't bother with you, the moment you said the Shinju is just a normal tree. When you can actually interpret the manga logically, then I will reply to you. Explained an debunked your theory, but you may continue to believe in fallacy.

Irrelevant? Now you're denying other possibilities simply because you are too full of yourself and your own ideals. Even in the times of war, people would still have a King, there can be more than one King in the world you know. A King, a Ruler, A Commander. The person who holds the power and gives the order, that is the "King" / "Ruler". Beyond that, the Viz Translation you posted states that "According to legends the fruit should not be touched". It doesn't state that the Shinju said that, or if anyone even really said it. It was stated that according to the legend, and legends are created by people.

Yes, I rely on speculations as none of this is about facts, its theories. Yours, mine and everyone else. These are theories and nothing more, the only difference between you and me is that you deny other theories because you claim yours to be the absolute fact. (Which is bold and blind.)
