I could answer it for myself, but i would like to hear his view.

My own answer would be that the shinju can give birth to other gods with the fruit. That Kaguya is such a god created by the shinju.
That those gods can give birth to other gods.

However this would mean that the shinju is involved in wars, through gods it has created.

Hagoromo is aparently against the creation of more new gods other than the shinju, because they could threaten human life.

Still he had gods, 2 sons himself who still live on as transmigrants, so that sorta contradicts.
Even if Naruto and Sasuke would both die for peace, and fade together with ashura, indra and hagoromo.

It would mean that the shinju, who created everything, shouldnt be allowed to create fruits.

Would humans be allowed to keep the godly power chakra and kekkei genkai?

Kaguya being the fruit is something that raises many other questions. Its quite complicated as you see.

That right there is incorrect. Her power wasn't divided at all. The Shinju turned into the Juubi, that was made into the current Nine Bijuu and the Gedo Mazo. The fruit is a spawn of what the Juubi thus Bijuu are. There for it would also be genderless. I am just saying that I can not see how the fruit could turn into a woman. I am not denying the possibility that it could/did happen.

A thousand years passed and, A being was created, that was Kaguya, from the lotus of the tree. It finds the answer into the japanesse legends, and the legend is the one of the Dharmapala. Kaguya gave birth to 2 children, she thought they would help her do the same, but the didn't count the possibility of the Shinju, going on rampage. And the reason why it went on rampage will be talked about later on. The brothers defeated the shinju and spreaded the chakra, which made Kaguya really angry.
That's why she decided to collect it all once again, since it belonged to her...

i have already answered your question multiple times. I never said she cant have children and i gave an example with a story of her even having children.
A story about how the shinju could give birth to gods.

i don't see how that fits in this theory but, lets say that the Sage was wrong about the Juubi's motives (wanting the fruit back), then what made the Juubi's go on a rampage ??

I only think it was stated that the Juubi was born from the Shinju in order to take back the chakra sometime during Hagoromo and Hamura's adult age. (Meaning the Juubi can just as well be Kaguya.) ​ ​

Ermmm, They thought the Shinju was a host of God, it was worshiped. But the Shinju itself can't talk. We never got a scan where it talked itself, except when Kaguya told Madara to absorb her.

"Tradition", "They were instructed", It doesn't point out the fact that the Shinju talked. The shinju is an entity thought to be a god, andf the humans didn't allow the tree to even be affected by the war. So they believed themselves that the fruit shouldn't be eaten. The Shinju was never conscious even Kyuubi states that it has no feelings or ideals, and the tree can't do anything itself if it isn't redirected by anyone...
