He would've had to manage to get his DNA but that wasn't possible.


He could have summoned the sound ninja 4.

Shisui died with no eyes he would've been next to useless, and Obito died with 1 sharingan eye and the sharingan had 1 tomoe, plus J-Mans body sunk so far down it's impossible to retrieve it, that's different from deciphering a tablet

Shisu couldnt be summoned...he lacked the dna because shisus body went missing, i doubt a little kid would be worth he trouble of finding he dna, i doubt kakashi wuld fall for that kind of phsycological warfare
