My fav is Deidara and I have a big list of reasons of why I like him so much. (at least he's the only original and funny character who has a PERSONALITY out of all of them + very strong but underrated). Hidan is funny too and Konan is ok. The rest - overrated and bland/boring.

Itachi - Because he is the avatar of awesomeness! haha! He had a way out even against a super OP opponent Kabuto. hehe. Very clever and loving to his brother...

NAgato/Pain - He's the man! He's powers are IMBA and if only he wasn't sick, he could have owned!

No offense to the fans but if there's any Akatsuki I hate, that would be Hidan and Deidara.. Simply because:

Hidan killed Azuma like a psycho.. poor Team Azuma.. and
Deidara captured Gaara and caused his death. haha. LOL!
