Who is you favourite Naruto/Anime character and why?

I know this has probably been done before but I seriously want to know what drives a person to have connection with a particular character like Sasuke for instance!!! My favourite character is Naruto because as corny as this may sound I see a lot my own personal qualities in the goof ball!!! The way he values his friends, how people usually underestimate him on first glance, his ability to befriend just about anyone etc.
So therefore I believe most connections are built on empathy to put it simply you will probably like characters you are most closely related to and whose emotions and motives you can easily identify with or understand!!!

Orochimaru; he's badass, has his own theme music, evil as hell, figured out everything before everyone else, ruthless, the best villian, funny is an evil way, would fight anyone, had no arms and was still badass, took on the leaf villiage, etc.

I tend to like villains and oro was the best one in the series.
