Who is Tobi?

Sorry, don't mean to sound like a noob but has it already been revealed who Tobi is. Someone told me its already confirmed he is Madara older and stronger.

It's unclear as of yet.
At first he said he was Madara Uchiha but then when the real Madara was summoned by Kabuto that theory was destroyed. I can't really think of who he could be though...unless he's like the son of the sage of the six paths or something...plus when Madara was summoned he said something to the effect of "so that kid Nagato finally grew up"
