Tobi is not Danzo, Tobi is Madara and Madara is Mifume. This is confusing to me too.

Madara = Madara Tobi is his just his Alias when he is leading Akatsuki and Mifune is his Alias when he is at the Kage meeting.

I never said Madara is a Kage right now. I meant he used an alias of Mifune which is leader of Iron country and Mifune is at the Kage Meeting. Tobi is Madara's Alias in Akatsuki.

Tobi (or say Madara) is obsessing the body of the Mizukage.. Obito has nothing to do with Tobi..

The most apparent scenario regarding Obito right now, is having Obito to do with Danzo and his sharingan.
