Hiruzen and Tobirama both one on one destroys Kakashi.
Tsunade was able to take the full force of shrina tensei while protecting the village, while Kakashi almost lost consciousness after 2-3 small ones. And Edo Madara lodges branches three times her size into torso countless times.
Tsunade saved the kages and survived a little longer before Zoro's arrival. Kakashi would made nowhere near that close.
And I like Kakashi more than tsunade
