i honestly don't know..obviously Naruto is the strongest Hokage period and it's a given Hashirama is second but..meh who is weakest?

Based off feats, realistically number 7 on my list is the weakest hokage.
The situation that tsunade went up against Hanzo, Pein, and Edo Madara is just too much for Kakashi.

With hanzo she with oro and jiraya and they still lost . Pein she didnt fight him , edo madara she lost . Kakakshi performed alot better got things done and was one the main reasons the alliance even won , he also fought the leader of the war 1 vs 1 . Go re read the manga , based off feats kakashi is stronger than tobirama , hiruzen and tsunade with shiringan and without he stronger then two latter.
