Nagato's the strongest (Obito's stronger if he counts) and the weakest would likely go to Zetsu, due to him not being a combat type, or Hidan, since his fighting style is so simple.

The only variations you will get is for weakest: Deidara, Hidan or Zetsu and Strongest: Pain/Nagato, Itachi or Obito.

Deidara is definitely not one of the weakest.

I think Orochimaru is very strong indeed and might have been stronger than Nagato, but you are correct , he was about 45 when he joined. :y

And he's definitely strong, but not nearly enough to take on the 3rd Sage of the 6 paths :scorps: If he was strong enough, he'd have just taken his Rinnegan, since his goal was to gain all techniques in existace :y

Zetsu has Wood Release, and managed to make trouble for Mei's division for a while. He also has the Mayfly, for evasion, the Spore Technique for sneaky offense, not to mention the fact that he can turn into someone who he's stolen chakra from (remember how Zetsu pwned Killer Bee after transforming into Kisame ? )

He's immensely underrated, and IMO, without a doubt above Hidan. Hidan's main advantage in battle is the fact that noone's expecting an immortal opponent, which gives him an undeniable edge when battling

I would have to say itachi due to the fact that Nagato was being used up until his death by Madra and obito and just because of Itachis genius lets not forget he was head of the Aunbu black ops at age 13 and his overall ability to move 10 steps of the game while the weakest Hidan due his dependendcy on kakuza to sew him up every time he gets cut up and how useless his close range attacks are

Didn't Madara create Zetsu? If it weren't for him there would have never been a army or a war. Akatsuki would get out numbered with fodders and main characters lol. Still haven't seen what black Zetsu is capable of ^_^

I would defenitly agree but him being underrated is largly due to him not being know his background up until now was unknown
