The only variations you will get is for weakest: Deidara, Hidan or Zetsu and Strongest: Pain/Nagato, Itachi or Obito.

They didn't create Akatsuki until they were around 20 (or something like that) Nagato mastered all 5 nature types at ten, I think it's safe to assume that he had surpassed Yahiko. There's a reason Yahiko considered Nagato to be the way to peace instead of him :y
