I think I know a way I can calculate this.
In fact I think I know two ways to calculate this, although one of them may be a little dubious..
First of all I need to do some scaling.

Madara is 20.248px and 1.7m making the scale 0.08395890952m/px.
The Gem thing is 43.658px making it 3.67m.
With that scaling I can now scale the size of the BB.

The Gem is 3.67m and 31.113px making the scale 0.11795712403m/px.
The BB is 75px making it 8.85m wide.
Now with that done I can proceed to the actual calc.
What I'm going to do is scale how big the gates are and then attempt to do this:

That means the juubi fell 0.17453292519 Of it's torso height (Whatever that might be)
So without further ado let's get to it.
Spoiler:
The BB is 61px and 8.85m making the scale 0.14508196721m/px.
The gate is 384px tall making it 55.71m tall.
The gate is also 189.23px making it 27.45m wide.
Now.
The gate falls it's full 90 degrees.
So we can sub in 1/4 in the place of 1/18 from what GGNK had before.
Therefore it falls:
1/4pi*55.71 = 43.75m
It would take 2.99 seconds to fall that distance.
Now we just need a distance for how far the BB fell.
This is where my two possibilities come in.
Firstly we could scale the distance we see at first for a massive lowball.

Width of gate = 36.235px
Distance travelled = 683.17px
D/Gate = 18.8538705671
Gate = 27.45m
D = 517.54m
Speed = 173.1 m/s
But yeah that's retarded.
Instead we'll scale how far away the BB is at the end of the time frame.
The Bijuudama in this case is 17404.2m wide
The BB is 60px and the panel is 703px
2*atan(60/(703/tan(70/2))) = 6.84 Degrees.
Anglesizing we get a distance of 145.61km.
