given the calc PSIN showed me, i'd say hashi is on a league of his own in terms of pure speed.
1. he casually reacted to massively hypersonic bijuudamas and blocked them (without Sm as i recall)
2. with SM hes able to casually keep up and dodge anything madara throws at him and make clones faster than madara can tell what happened even when both are low on chakra
3. the same madara who casually lifted up his fan and blasted away a shunshin'ing BM naruto without too much of a problem, as well as casually laughing off A's attempted blitzing/combined attacks of 5 kages.
remember base hashi's chakra is comparable to BM naruto's. with SM its faar more.


so im going to say

1. obito
2. SM hashirama/BSM naruto
3. uchiha madara with rinnegan
4. minato (shunshin and reactions surpass tobirama senju, and he casually reacted to A's attempted blitz/obito's attempted warp
5. A (self explanatory. the reason i believe hes above tobirama is because tobiramas shunshin feats dont compare (A is hyped as having reaction speed at the same exact level as minato, and because of his fight with KCM naruto. initially he was landing hits on naruto)

You should realize Hiruzen and Tobirama matched Hashirama's shunshin, which is MAC 31 I believe, or something like that.

hashi wasnt in Sm at the time and i doubt hashirama was going full out. later on we see hashirama matching madara. old hiruzen was hardly able to keep up with orochimaru.
im glad you recognise hashiramas speed though. and not just put gai or third raikage like some noobs

In pure speed, I'd say them.

pure speed would include movement, reactions and precog. shunshin is called teleporting but really its high speed movement.
gated lee has no feats that compare with the big boys. theres a reason why lee coveted sharingan. because with it, he can actually manage his speed properly and time his attacks.

P3IN convinced me as well. I believe Tobirama has better speed and reactions than base Hashirama or at least equal to him, but in SM Hashirama is just crazy.

Obviously I like Minato but fanboying aside. I think BM Minato is faster than BM Naruto because his base movement and Shunshin were already faster. Though BSM Naruto may be a different story.

You realize Hashirama kept up with Madara while Hashirama was in base. Madara made Raikage Ei look like a fool. SM Hashirama enhances speed and reflexes to a whole new level. Regular Hashirama messed with Bijuudama which are hypersonic.

1. Bijudama are not hypersonic
2. Madara was able to keep up because of sharingan and his wide range attacks. plus susano'o served as defense in case he could get hit.
