Ichigo is the strongest since he is the main character and all, zaraki and byakuya are stong too and ulquiorra

the weakest would be renji, he loses almost every fight even with his bankai xd and orihime.

I wouldn't underestimate Yachiru. If she can withstand Kenpachi's spiritual pressure so easily and always ride on his back then that means she's pretty strong.

And by entire medical squad are you including Unohana? lol


Strongest: Yama-Jii, Kyoraku, Ukikake, and Unohana. They're the only 4 original captains in all of the Gotei 13.
-Kyoraku didn't have to release his Bankai to beat Stark.
-Ukitake is strong too but he's always sick -_-.
-Kyoraku and Ukitake were chosen by Yama-Jii himself to be the very first 2 captains. Yet, they still address Unohana as "senpai" and talk about not wanting to get on her bad side.
