still madara he still has wood release stupid strong fire jutsu though from what ive seen he need to work on his tai

madara doesn't normally have wood release, only edo madara has that because kabuto put some of hashirama's dna into the body. at least i'm pretty sure that's what was being implied


note:don't flame me if i'm wrong about this i'm just thinking it cuz madara himself said that something had been done to his body when he first appeared but as i stated i'm just looking at implications

shisui was called greatest genjutsu user ever but it doesn't mean he the strongest so i'll go with madara

Madara but that is only because Itachi didn't actually have a sensei. Tobi was afraid of Itachi's capabilities so I can't really see him teaching him anything.

Also he died at like 21, whereas Madara is probably double his age or more. If you were to put most talented Uchiha I would give it to Itachi, but since you said strongest I guess I will give it to Madara, because what makes Itachi super duper awesome is his genjutsu and his MS abilities.

So talent = Itachi
power = Madara
luck + steroids = Sasuke

Not sure it was exactly stated Madara had a sensei either, but whatever, it's Itachi to the end for you.
