wat. latest filler character? i remember watching those fillers over 2 years ago. Did you just start watching them or something?

Newest filler character among the ones i mentioned. Most other filler characters in the list are from pre-shippuden naruto

Utakata He was filler Then kishi took his design as a reference to The canoon (maybe he ran out of ides) anyways the guy was The 6 tails jinjuriky and he also had the abillity to transform to it and survive

Naruto has quite a lot of powerful filler characters, many whom are Kage level imo. Naruto won fights against these characters because of PIS only.
