Who is the strongest filler character in Naruto?

Naruto has quite a lot of powerful filler characters, many whom are Kage level imo. Naruto won fights against these characters because of PIS only.

Which one among all these characters is the strongest? Don't include Naruto movie characters (just naruto and shippuden)

* Seimei (weapon master)
* Natsuhi (meteorite energy user)
* Fuka (all element user)
* Yakumo (reality manipulating genjutsu)
* Renga (ice disk technique user)
* Jiga (magnetic force manipulator)
* Guren (crystal release user)
* Sora (pseudo jinchuriki of nine-tail)
* Raiga (lightning master)

If anybody whom u consider strongest filler character is missed out from the list, please mention the name and reason
why u think he/she is the strongest

I agree, most people are commenting Guren because she's the latest filler character, while other characters appeared long ago. Yakumo can beat most Shinobi with her reality manipulation (too bad she's a filler). I say Yakumo wins

I think the strongest are Guren (held her own against the 3-tails), Utakata (cause 6-tails) and Sora (cause 4-tails).
At least these are the only ones i remember now.
