who is the strongest at taijutsu

3rd and 4th Raikages. They are so muscular that they don't even feel others punches and kicks. Sasuke couldn't even penetrate Raikage with a chidori. Yeah raikage had lightning armor, but their defend lies in their muscles. That's pretty harsh.

Madara is said to have great taijutsu skill. Itachi is seen to use taijutsu perfectly during his fight against sasuke.

Well, I'll go with the Hyuuga's. I mean, there are others as well but they are known for their taijutsu skills. Remember, even Lee had hard times with Neji.

Good question. There's different styles I guess it depends on the individual. After the whooping he gave sasuke I'd say killer bee is in the top3. Sasuke was completely outclassed and he has exceptional taijutsu as well.

Lee and Guy is pretty good too.

3rd and 4th raikage? no way. they are bad. the 3rd is only badass because of his perfect defense and that penetrating technique, but these aren't taijutsu techniques... the 4th is just a big bad angry bull. charge and something will happen...

their are plenty of good taijutsu user other then Guy and Lee,and many are mentioned in above post's, their are these ninja who are good at Taijutsu,

Jiraiya (In anime He killed pain's dog summons with just few kicks and he was not in the sage mode at the time), Kakuzu (he was completely overpowering Kakashi in hand to hand combat), then their is kakashi him self,

Hyuga are Natural born taijutsu user and their Byakugan makes them the worst nightmare for any close range hand to hand fighter.

and i am disappointed that no one mentioned the good old Sakura chan,she may be annoying but she is a good (and powerful) taijutsu user.

Raikage tie with Hachibi and he's using Taijutsu(yes his attacks based on chakra but)/close combat. But if you are saying pure taijutsu. Maito Gai is matchless thanks to gates.
