Who is the most useless Ninja in Naruto?

I really like to know whos the most useless character i don't want to hear oh its Danzo because i dont like him or stuff like that i want reasons to i think its Iruka he doesnt seem to know any jutsu and is always being saved by someone else not saying he didnt save naruto just saying he be useless against ninjas with alot of Jutsu's

your wrong about sakura she has done good stuff alot of em

beating sasori(chiyo help)
healing comrades both in battles and currently on war
took care of lady tsunade
healed kankuro when he was about to DIE!!
take a hit by sasori to safe chiyos life
ect...

Iruka i dont think hes useful in battle but his best and most dangerous jutsu is talk no jutsu

Iruka isn't useless, w/out him, Naruto may not have become much of a hero. Same with Sakura.
I say TenTen, b/c she has no role in the plot, and no special jutsus/techniques. She's the flattest character in the Naruto Universe.
