As a team me personally I would say asuma's team,they know the importance of teamwork and use their abilities to combine and work well as a team.

In terms of teamwork Asuma's team is the best, in terms of power Kakashi's team. Team Kurenai works also great together, only Kibe can be a hothead sometimes.

Personally I would place team Gai last. Neji is a great leader, but Lee is just...dumb, he always attackes every opponent without thinking and Ten Ten is...well...Ten Ten.
