You should make a thread: part 1 chouji vs neji since it seems like such a debatable battle.
Who is the most powesfull genin naruto 1...?

1'st place goes to naruto because he was winning against gaara when he half transformed in sukaku(without kyubi power).
2'nd place goes to sasuke because he wounded gaara when he was fighting without using his beast's power.
3'rd place goes to gaara.
4'th place goes to lee with gates open.
5'th place goes to neji.
I have place gaara above lee and neji because he has alredy defeated lee and neji is a close range fighter where as gaara is a long range (bad match for neji).

do you mean when they were a genin in part 1? because naruto and sasuke are the only ones who are still genin now. Sasuke because he left and naruto because they are probably going to make him go from genin to kage.
