Everywhere I look theres multiple points of view. most say its either pain, madara, naruto, naruto's dad, or some random ninja. But I want to know what everyone here thinks.

thank you. i had thought that madara was the leader but since he wasnt in akatsuki in the beginning. but DarkMarke made a good point of he said madara wormed his way to control.xd
