Who is the best "shinobi" in the series

What I mean by shinobi is somebody that loves their village so much they put it before themselves (personal interests).

Some ninjas to mention are Itachi, Minato, etc.

Rikudou Sennin. He wanted peace and wisdom to everyone.

Itachi Uchiha. He killed his clan for the sake of konoha. He also wanted to make Sasuke a true,strong shinobi. Now thts a ninja.

Minato Namikaze. He wanted to seal kurama and kill himself to save naruto,kushina, and the village.

Nagato. Same as Rikudou Sennin because he's the 3rd SO6P

I'd say Itachi. instead of dieing in battle he had to murder his family (close and distant), be branded a traitor by your entire village even though it was ordered by higher-ups, and be hated by the person you just couldn't kill. you have to be hard-core to live with all that on your conscience and not say a word to anybody.

I'm suprised he didn't go bold with all that stress

Itachi is self-explanitory. We've only seen it about 600 times. LOL

Kakashi is a good example especially after he learned his lesson in Kakashi gaiden.

Naruto everything he does is for his village and to become hokage, who in turn serves the village.

And Danzo in a way if you really think about although his methods were sketchy.

Why is Jiraiya not mentioned? He gave up his life for Konoha because imagine if he did not write that code? Konoha goes bye, bye and the Kyubi is sealed..
