what improvements he just put it through a sword. and kakashi turns it into a dog. Ohhh not trying to be a fan boy but since kakashi has multiple elements i think he is capable of doing kirin also

its not only through a sword he can just extend it at will which becomes more like a sword yea.... a good weapon if you ask me.

1) Third Raikage (Black Lightning, Hell Stab, Raiton Armour), Darui (Black Lightning, Storm Release), Sasuke (Kirin and chidori variations)

2) Madara (Amateresu, Great majestic Anihilation), Sasuke (Blaze Release)

3) Tobirama (lakes created/sucked from the atmosphere), Kisame (Lakes created from bodily fluids), Mei (water jutsu created without a water source to stop great majestic annihilation.

4) Danzo (vacuum techniques), Naruto (wind rasengan and rasenshuriken), Neji (Mountain crushing vacuum palm etc)
