Obviously its gonna be none other than Konohamaru , the teacher of Sarada who will follow-up to be the next Hokage , obvious plot is obvious. Its already been hinted when he was forced to rplace Naruto in the one-shot and foreshadowed by kishi earlier on.

Kakashi had no interest in becoming hokage too but was made hokage instead of Naruto.

Kakashi settled into the role and never fought against it when he was offered as a candidate by Shikaku- even in his novel, he's indifferent to it. Boruto actively doesn't want to be like his dad and has his own path. Notice how Sarada took a fondness to Naruto and Boruto a fondness to Sasuke.
