Obviously its gonna be none other than Konohamaru , the teacher of Sarada who will follow-up to be the next Hokage , obvious plot is obvious. Its already been hinted when he was forced to rplace Naruto in the one-shot and foreshadowed by kishi earlier on.

Kakashi settled into the role and never fought against it when he was offered as a candidate by Shikaku- even in his novel, he's indifferent to it. Boruto actively doesn't want to be like his dad and has his own path. Notice how Sarada took a fondness to Naruto and Boruto a fondness to Sasuke.

Sarada is the only character to announce Hokage relevance. (Shonens arent that shocking, whoever dreams the hardest gets it usually)

Sakura is probably too merciful to become Hokage.
She couldn't kill Sasuke, she fell for the Zetsu bait, she ended up healing Shin who fought her right after. Need I say more.
Maybe Konohamaru might become Hokage since the gen after his isn't ready yet.

Think of it :
* The entire village is destroyed worse than Pain arc ...
* Naruto's character doesn't let him to stay away and let his friends fight for him . (Unlike Tsunade that did nothing but wait for Naruto)

So if you think that Naruto isn't dead , then you must accept he lacks responsibility for the title of hokage ... Because the entire village is destroyed and he's staying silent somewhere trying to save himself .
