Who is the 4th strongest Akatsuki member?

On every Akatsuki ranking list Nagato, Tobi and Itachi are without a doubt listed as the top 3, no matter what. there isn't any argument when it comes to ranking them, but after them people have different opinions on who's the 4th strongest. some say Orochimaru, others kisame, some sasori, some even kakuzu etc. so who is the 4th strongest akatsuki member after Rinnegan Tobi, Itachi and Nagato? no one cares about who's the top 3 since it's pretty obvious but we're all curious who comes next after Itachi, tobi and nagato. state who you think and why.

personally i think kisame or orochimaru but thats just my opinion

I say between oro or sasori......

Sasori is underrated only because he was defeated by sakura and chiyo (which is not weak) AND HAD PREP TIME FOR THEIR BATTLE WITH SASORI.

Chiyo and sakura only won agaisn't sasori, because they had an EXPERT PUPPETEER LIKE CHIYO THAT KNOWS THE TRICKS, AND THE BRUTE FORCE OF SAKURA TO BREAK THE PUPPETS..... I want to see kisame or deidara or anyone else to figure out the tricks of the puppets before they get scratched with poisoned weapons.

Deidara was beaten by Hebi Sasuke. say all you want that it was because of an elemwnt disadvantage, but remember, if his weakness was so one sided that if a certain affinity makes your attack useless then it's really not that strong. C4 true is very powerful, but all it takes is an affinity to exploit C4, and that is lightning. plus alot of akatsuki members have attacks that seem impossible to counter, e.g. sasori's iron sand, kisame giant shark bullet etc.

C0 was only created as a last resort in case his C4 would be countered, giving him a final weapon to end a match in a draw. C0 is only used as a last resort and by him dying while usng it then he pretty much kills himself
