Yeah he did it in VOTE1 by giving Sasuke the pill to activate the true power of the Curse Mark. He did it in VOTE2 by giving Sasuke the Tailed Beast chakra so that they could stalemate.

I hope they get a battle in Part 3. Base > SM (and 3T) - Hand to Hand combat/Kenjutsu > EMS/KCM > BM/EMS (PS) > RSM/Rinnegan

If Sasuke grew with his EMS then his chakra would be as potent as BSM. It's already proven his chakra was stronger than Kurama's so with time he would have eventually been on the same level as BSM

Naruto and Sasuke will always be rivals, and only those two can stand up to each-other. Though that does not really mean that they are truly equal from start to finish. I could explain it, but there is no point in debating or discussing about it to make a 6 page flame war over it.

Just like Madara vs Hashirama, were equal and rivals, only one could win though.
