madara is the only shinobi that could see through mokuton bushins, and hashirama said he waited till madara couldnt sustain his ems anymore to use mokuton bushin...after they fought for 3 straight days, minato doesnt have enough chakra to last long enough for madara to tire...minato would tire after using 5 jutsu just like he did back then...
