Looks like you're as dumb as your fave...
Obito had Hashirama's DNA/Chakra so his Chakra Signature was messed up, try again kiddo...
Nope. His Sharingan contains his Chakra, therefore his Chakra signature's still present. And besides, only half of his body was composed of Hashirama's DNA.

Therefore, Minato still remains a dumbass. :lol

The only dumbass here is you U_U
Obito's own Chakra Signature was mixed with Hashirama's.

Then there's the fact that copying someone else's Chakra Signature is one of Zetsu's abilities.

Obito was masked, presumed dead, and had a completely different arsenal. Not to mention he was crushed by that rock and annouced dead before Minato could (I use that word lightly) even place a signature on his sharigan. Eye chakra can change and become convoluted, which Obito's chakra of the latter clearly was.

Secondly, Minato was never touted to be an exceptional sensor in the first place, he was more generic and before you bring up "He sensed Naruto miles away" It's easy to identify chakra when you know who it belongs to, and Orochimaru said Kurama chakra is so potent even non sensors could sense it from a far distance. All that was just clever analysis on Minato's part.

At the very least, Minato sensed Obito as "this Uchiha who uses wood release" not "OMG it's Obito!". Still, Minato later revealed that he did indeed have suspicion of the masked man being Obito.

Agreed with everything except Minato not being a exceptional sensor, he's more or less equal to Tobirama in this category. (Tobirama is way more experienced though)

Never said he wasn't, just that manga never touted him to be. He only has shown 2 feats. Minato was generic in sensing, he sensed better than your average sensor, but not on par with the best. Which is more than enough to get you by. Also, he hasn't been shown to sense to the detail like Tobirama, so I wouldn't put both of them in the same category.

That's why I said Tobirama is more experienced.
The fact that Minato was the only one who could distinguish Naruto's Chakra from Kurama's shows that he's one of the bests.
When it comes to sensing both Minato & Tobirama are using the same method but Tobirama is more skilled due to more experience.

Itachi's intellect exceeds Minato by far, even the Third Hokage praised his level of understanding.
Minato just thinks quick on his feet.
Comprehending something and your level of intelligence is completely different.

Sure Itachi understood what it meant to think like a Hokage but that doesn't necessarily make him smart, it just means he understands the basic principles behind it. Naruto, being somewhat dumb thought like a Hokage but that doesn't mean he's intelligent.

I give Intelligence and Battle Tactics to Minato. He's had plenty of moments where he showcased both of these while Itachi got played.

That's making the implication that Minato had no idea that Kakashi's Sharingan was actually Obito's which is downright false and doesn't make sense. If Minato had no idea, then Minato would indeed be a dumbass.

Except he does know the sensation of Obito's own Chakra as I stated above.

And the rest is irrelevant.

No he didn't. He never had any suspicions of how Obito had access to both the Uchiha and Senju Power which was believed to be the power of Rikudou Sennin. That's simply fanfiction on your part.

He never did have suspicions of that masked man being Obito, at least, not at that moment.

It didn't take a sensor to realize Kakashi had Obito's sharigan, just thoughtful analysis and common sense. Useless point.

What's this "sensation" you speak of? Either you can sense someone's chakra or you can't. Minato obviously didn't, as evident in the manga. There was multiple things that played a part that you choose to ignore, and make excuses about. Use deductive thinking, your downplay to make Itachi look superior is downright childish.

I noticed you corrected yourself at the end before I dropped those manga scans.

More skilled and experienced, Minato has been shown to only sense the presence and number of shinobi, a same feat Kakashi showed as a kid. Tobirama has been shown to sense, number, village and clan by chakra signature.

Itachi, and it's not even a contest. Minato's best feat is the one where he analyzed the TSBs. That's it. One feat doesn't make him superior than the slew of analyses and battle tactics Itachi came up with in the manga. He's wanked to hell for no reason at all.

Looks like you're as dumb as your fave...

He had White Zetsu Cells, not Hashirama cells. Half his body is literally made out of it. We were even shown one of the hollowed out White Zetsus, which would explain why Obito doesn't ever seem to tire out, nor his eye experiences the MS setbacks:

- Zetsu carved out for Obito’s body.
- Zetsus surviving for a long time without food.

So no, there was no "chakra signature" mess up. His sensing is, canonically, shitty as hell.

Minato - stopped the war, became hokage, sealed 9 tails and saved village.
Itachi - followed orders from Danzo which prevented the revolution, fooled his younger brother, spied on Akatsuku but Akatsuki already knew he was a spy.

I'll go with Minato.
The only one who knew he was a spy was Tobi, Itachi actually manipulated Danzo. Danzo was blackmailed by Itachi, forced not to harm a hair on Sasuke's head, and feared/respected Itachi. It wasn't even manipulation, it was more like a deal on both ends, Itachi disliked his clans violent plans. He knew that war was unavoidable unless one party perished. The choice was either kill the ones planning on creating bloodshed (a clan of give or take hundreds of people, and I'm being generous), or the village higher ups who actually tried to negotiate with the rebels, who actually tried a peaceful solution. He chose the lesser of two evils. Yet he was manipulated foh

Minato was able to deduce in minutes what Itachi did not in years. Not only did Minato have a plan that spanned across 16 years successfully, he had back up plans to put his and his wife's chakra in place to help Naruto master the Kyuubi, just incase, and this plan was all spur of the moment. Itachi's precautions involving Sasuke failed. Minato in part helped make the man who would consistently save everyone while Itachi created, at best, a wild card who was a very unstable ally.

Even then, Minato's plan of Naruto ultimately made Itachi's plan for Sasuke a success, so Itachi's plan leaned on Minato's.
Obito and Itachi never fought, and Obito flat out admitted that Itachi would win if Obito slipped up. Hence why he actually obeyed Itachi's command of leaving Konoha alone, and didn't attack Konoha until Itachi died.
Minato had the opportunity to see his ability first hand, and had a technique that could perfectly counter it. If you take FTG away from Minato, Obito would have wrecked with no difficulty.

As seen with Danzo, the sharingan keeps the same chakra signature as the original wielder. He only had HashiRoids on one half of his body, he still has another half that is completely his own body. So no his chakra signature is not completely messed up and any good sensor could tell. Luckily for Obito, Kakashi isn't a sensor in the type that can sense chakra, but uses more realistic and practical applications such as scent.

Ppl wanking minatos master plan when that in itself couldve failed at any point in time. Naruto was on the line of being taken over by kuramas influence plenty of times. The only reason it didnt fail was because of Narutos overwhelmingly naive personality which is somethingu dont plan for in a child

i fail to see how. tobirama could tell karins an uzumaki via her chakra type. thats how detailed his sensing is. i dont believe minato has any sensing feat close to that

Tobirama's sensing is even poorer than Minato's, though. He cannot even sense ninjas with one finger. He uses two, Minato uses one:

Also, they spent their entire lives with Uzumaki's and red hair is a direct giveaway as well. I don't think it is a very huge feat.
