Lol no. slowest suggest's speed is involved because if your slowest you are the one running slower among a group of others. If your not moving your just stagnate.

Chido actually said Sakura read through it quickly and that a girl like her wouldn't need her help. sasuke would read his movement in the manner of Sakura, he would use his precognition . And that isn't what this is about.
