Same way Sasuke, Madara and Izuna did, it just happened... Madara and Izuna Awakened their MS around the same time, and Sasuke didn't kill Itachi yet he has MS

yeah i shoulda quoted the post i was refering to in the first part, but yeah clearing it up pretty sure itachi killed shisui nothing has proven otherwise, and the supersheep (i think) guy asked what shows that madara collects sharingan=wall of eyes part

Well Sasuke did kill Itachi :flaw: technically, in a court of justice he would be tried for murder.

Well it's not WALL OF EYES, you're right.
Whether it's a wall with sharingan eyes in caskets is another matter, the manga isn't very clear here.

madara wants an Eternal tsukyomi on the entire WORLD

quit being a baby, Itachi could have been lying about everything just to try to protect sasuke like MADARA said and make Sasuke the avenger of all the Uchiha.

look at the top right panel on that page, its a sharingan eye, and the top of the wall has a uchiha symbol at the top, looks like a "wall of eyes" or wall with sharingans in jars.

Actually Sasuke would win that case. Thats like a football player dying at practice, it wasn't intentional. How did Sasuke kill him, did he sweat him to death, maybe he farted and killed him... Sasuke never toched him except that one time with the star at the beginning of the fight. After that, nothing. Sasuke couldn't even go to court and say it was self defense... he never touched him. Itachi just played out
