Who is Ryun Uchiha???

I was reading up abt the Rikudo Sennin and I came across a guy named Ryun Uchiha. Who is this guy???

This guy looks really similar to Madara. And according to Nauto Fanon It says he was a "student and friend" of the Rikudo.

So what I want to ask is this Ryun Uchiha Madara??? If not y do they look so similar?? I do not understand is this Ryun from an alternative Naruto Universe??? Confused
