We saw him destroy ichibei who was the leader of the RG and basically means he was one of the strongest shinigami in existence. And his power literally negates all and there is evidence to prove it.

If you think Barragan's power is more haxed than Aizen then you'll have to reread manga. It''s foolish to think that Aizen is just haxed. Aizen has the power to overwhelm top tiers even without KS. He has both overwhelming strength as well as haxed powers. Best example of overwhelming strength would be Yamamoto and the best example of haxed powers would be Yhwach or Ichibi.
He's far from being strongest HST character.

Yhwach has haxed power because how do you beat someone who has given birth to the most overpowered Quincy in history and he himself who simply negs any ability he has knowledge of and with precog how do you stop this??? You have to have prime soul king power to even think about touching yhwsch, but there is a possibility that there's a limit to how far yhwach cam see and what he can see. But until then, yhwach negs both, jewgram glorifies yhwsch and Yhwach is the one that even gave him the letter, yhwach gave him power pls. Aizen gets stomped by yhwach, almighty gg, bankai stealing so shinigami aizen isn't do jack. Hogoykyou Aizen? Pls, Yhwach simply negs and takes that power. Yhwach is the most hax villain in bleachverse at least against aizen you could overpower him with raw power but freaking yhwach negates, you can't overpower precog get out of here. Unless ichigo has some ultimate bankai technique where he can use all his shinigami, hollow, and quincypower combined. The only one close to yhwach level is hollow bankai zangetsu and we know how POWERFUL he was.
Uhmm wat, who can beat him, Naruto and Sasuke can't, they couldn't beat kaguya alone or without obito and Sakura and kakashi. YH beat Kaguya. His blut vene beates her, doesn't need eyes, but if he did none of her attacks would work. OP isnt even close. Oh and hie still has Yama bankai and he still has yet to collect all his power from the rest and use vollstanndigg.

barragan was the first examples of real hax. the dude was immune to physical attacks and kido, could kill anything almost instantly by breathing at it and tanked a nuke to the face. that is what hax is. hax =/= strong, as is well demonstrated by that fullbringer who plays video games.
Aizen was basically on the line between hax and very strong. he was hax up untill the point where ichigo was shown to be able to sense him, at which point he basically become a very strong charachter.
although i do agree about yhwach and ichibe being hax.

He isn't at the line b/w hax and strong. He has top level haxed powers , at the same time he has top level overwhelming strength. We can only name 3-5 characters that are above him in those categories.

He can see the future but I don't remember him changing anything that was seen by him. Even soul king has the same power as Yhwach, He saw what happens to him. Did he managed to change his future? NO. Same thing will happen to Yhwach. Kaguya'll send him into another dimension, he can see that in advance but he can't change that.Lol Those dimensions are not same as kaguyas. Their methods doesn't work here.
