He changes everything he sees. Ichibei used his abilities prior to YH opening his eyes. When he did all of ichibeis abilities were nullified. And yeah his ability is the same as hers, trans dimensional travel is the same thing no matter how you look at it. They have used that ability from mulitple locations and it didnt seem to matter, therefore one can use it in any dimension. Also YH's powers arent confirmed to be the same as the soul king. YH can see the future but his schrift is A for the Almighty, that is where his ability stems from. And we also dont know anything about the soul kings intentions, he probably let Bach kill him because Bach is his son. Kaguya gets blitzed before she even uses her ability. And is she did YH can use his shadow power to travel between dimensions.
