Hashirama, Naruto's base is boosted by kurama(regen stamina, endurance etc) and as an adult he benefits from sage handout chakra. If we're going by natural base(also allowing Naruto kurama jin boost) then if we ignore the sage's handout Hashirama is superior.

Hashirama. Most of Hashirama's abilities can be accessed without activating Sage Mode opposed to Naruto who has a number of Rasengan variants that can only be achieved in conjunction with Senjutsu or tailed beasts. Naruto would be stuck with no more than Shadow Clones and the basic Rasengan(he uses senjutsu to throw Rasenshuriken).

The only other part worth considering is the question of who's faster and who's stronger & I feel that goes to Naruto, with chakra maybe leaning towards Hashirama. If we're referring to a fight-fight rather than the general question of who's stronger, I feel Naruto should pull off the win simply because Hashirama's amount of techniques stop mattering when they're unable to actually snare Naruto. Naruto could stand toe to toe with Momoshiki in base when Obito was blitzing Hashi(I'm not sure if he was in SM at the time).

Consider the fact that both Madara and Hashirama were beat to hell. The only difference from this Hashirama is that he never summons the Thousand-Handed Senju, so this Hashirama only has more chakra going for him. My view? Base Naruto >>>>>> EMS Madara.

He gets washed, if he tries Naruto in hand-to-hand combat. He's rather safer keeping a great distance between them and squatting for an infinite wood release. Then again base Naruto was reacting to fused Momoshiki, so trapping him is probably not in Hashi's cards.

Not really, I was being nice Hashirama still whoops him.

I went over the manga and realised Naruto may have lost RSM/ enhancement he's missing a key feature, that's ignoring the fact that he didn't use it in key moments of need.

War Arc Naruto's base is not even comparable to Adult Naruto's as the differences between the two are a gift from the Sage and over a decade of years. I don't even believe War Arc Naruto had any base feats opposed to Adult Naruto who's caught Kawaki and fought an Otsutsuki.

Seems some people need to reread the Manga. Remember when JJ Obito speed blitzed a Hashi wood clone?

Meanwhile Base Naruto held his own against Fused Momo. An Otsutsuki.

If Hashi engages in CQC, he's gonna rekt. His best chances would be to keep his distance and rely on his KKG to give him the win.
