Can everyone stop with that cringe worthy scan. Like a 7 year old could have as much wisdom as a hokage, that is sooooo much bullshit. Wisdom comes from experience and there is no way he had the experience of a hokage at 7 years old.

You can't compare anyone who is giving a definite answer for itachi knows nothing because minato didnt get enough screen time to show his intelligence while a ton of the story was given for itachi
In canon minato had higher test scores so therefore smarter by book at least
