I will redo turn but that water jutsu says u can use without water and + arent we at the valley of end or whateva thats a big lake right?? or atleast these a big lake near by. and the water jutsu never said only kisame and nidaime can you jutsu.

* Damage Points:80(if used with a kunai slash as the finisher)
* Description:This is a space/time ninjutsu.This jutsu can only work if the user throws a kunai with the special shiki-jutsu(seal jutsu)or has tagged the iteam or person by touch.The user can instantly teleport to the tags location.
* Note:Only Yondaime/Fourth hokage can use this jutsu.And is unavoidable unless with space/time ninjutsu
to avoid damage then make 5 shadow clones i send them at you and probly get hit by your jutsus meanwhile i use
2x (Fuuton:Atsugai)-Wind Style Pressure Damage

* Range:Short-Mid
* Chakra Cost:30
* Damage Points:60
* Description:A Huge blast of wind that levels anythjng in its path.
