Who is fastest?

Naruto is fastest. Teleportation doesn't count as movement speed that's why its called teleportation. Sasuke fapboys bring up teleportation instead of speed feats. Naruto had the best speed feats in the manga. When he dodged ay when he dodged ays father when he blew back 5 bijuu bombs and kakashi thought he was minato and so on.

Teleportation should still count.in the Narutoverse it's used in combat all the time to combat naturally faster opponents. but the "fastest" is not specific in this thread. You are basing your choice off of foot speed (which is fine) but I was taking into account everything that every "fastest ninja alive" have (including s/t jutsu) into account. Minato and Tobirama were consider the fastest shinobi alive in their times and they both utilized s/t jutsu. This is why i choose Sauce.
