If it's all of it together then it's Sasuske. He's always been noted as being fast since part I, he has a space/time jutsu for teleportation, his reaction speed rivals some of tha fastest shinobi alive.

Honestly it's hard to tell between Naruto and Sasuke but I still give it to Sasuke because he can teleport in addition to his already high speed and reaction times( though Naruto's reaction speed is a bit faster)

In terms of speed, this is ONE spot Itachi comes in last. Itachi isn't slow, just not as fast as Naruto or Sasuke. And of course if we are talking soloing....we all know who takes the throne

That's kind of biased isn't it? I mean I respect your choice, but Sasuke has been hailed thoughout the entire Manga for speed. Plus he can now teleport without using seals. Without that he was fasted enough to literally blitz JJ Madara who was moving at an incredible speed to escape and Sauce just shushined over there and bisected Maddy like he was taking a stroll in the park.

Naruto's speed rivals Saske's for sure. It's even hard to tell who is faster than who at moments, but until Naruto gets a space time jutsu Sasuke has the slight advantage in speed...uh...that's just my opinion though.

I respect your choice and all as well as your reasoning but Sasuke was faster in part one but as most matured he became just plain the normal speed not to mention Lee outclassed him in speed and proved it time and time again after all Sasuke can't create after images, granted neither can Naruto but you get what I'm saying PTS/Part 1 Lee is a speed demon with Sasuke copying it but not being able to get the full thing.

Also Sasuke just teleports similar to Obito just slightly faster meanwhile Naruto is actually running which is speed and not teleporting. He uses chakra to enhance his speed to nearly teleporting levels and all of the yellow explosions is what we can assume to be the chakra he is releasing at differing intervals for huge bursts of speed vs Sasuke who can teleport but it takes a lot out of him. I give hime credit for learning to teleport and mastering the Rinnegan and all but in terms of speed is is top 5 but nothing out of this world fast.

Naruto is fastest. Teleportation doesn't count as movement speed that's why its called teleportation. Sasuke fapboys bring up teleportation instead of speed feats. Naruto had the best speed feats in the manga. When he dodged ay when he dodged ays father when he blew back 5 bijuu bombs and kakashi thought he was minato and so on.
