Naruto wasn't going full speed again due to the fact that he was talking to him about Sasuke! Naruto has only went full speed like 3 times, against Kisame, Ay, and against Obito and Madara, thats it

Naruto also was having a conversation with Itachi over Sasuke, naturally he was not using full speed in that situation.

A is much faster than Itachi. Sasuke was slightly slower than Itachi but A was much much faster than Sasuje that he couldn't even react go A's speed even though his MS was able to see A's move.

Wrong. Naruto wasn't using the speed he used against A with Itachi, in fact Naruto split his power 1/13th after he faced A when he made 12 clones to fight on all battlefields. Naruto gets his speed for Kurama'd chakra but he split that power before facing Itachi so Naruto was keeping up with Itachi with 1/13th the power and he was in intense training with no rest before entering the war.

Sasuke speed was slightly below Itachi's but he could still keep up to Itachi while Sasuke couldn't even react to A's full speed.

KCM Naruto was faster than Raikage and Itachi kept up with Naruto.

Naruto split his power into 1/13th when he made 12 clones after facing A. Naruto gets his speed from his KM chakra but Naruto wasn't at full power plus he was in intense training with no rest prior. Sasuke was keeping up with Itachi while he couldn't even react to A's full speed and he wouldn't be able to react to KM full speed let alone A's.

the one he couldn't dodge was itachi using susanoo stopping Edo Nagato from taking Narutos soul cause he used the shiruiken jutsu on his linked eyes
