Itachiʻs not even on the same level of speed as V1 Ei, what allows him, Sasuke and SM Naruto to compete with speedsters is their precognition granted by SM/MS.

If you want proof, go reread 2 tomoe Sasuke vs KN0 at VoTe and 3 tomoe Sasuke vs KN0 Naruto at VoTe. Narutoʻs way faster than both of them, yet sasuke manhandles naruto due to 3T sharingan precog.
