Raikage A, Minato, Naruto,Rock lee or Gai?
for me it's:
1)Lee +Gates+Kurama chakra
2)Minato
3)Naruto(BM)
4)Raikage
5)Gai

Gates Lee is faster than SM Naruto
BM Naruto is faster than Gates Lee
But KM/gates Lee is Faster Than BM Naruto IMO
FTG Minato=BM Naruto

Itachi was faster than Naruto and Bee (he had to warn them a few times in the Itachi + Nagato vs Naruto + Bee fight).
Raikage is slower than Naruto, we saw it while Raikage and Tsunade were trying to block Naruto´s way (who was going to war).

well considering A is called *the fastest ninja still alive* and is so fast the sharingan can't track him, and he can dodge amaterasu... itachi is no where near the fastest. So please don't fan boy him. Naruto is the fastest, it's ridiculous how fast he is *of course not as fast a S/T tech but he's faster than the raikage, and the 2nd person to ever dodge his full speed punch.

Minato should be last as he is the only one using a jutsu to travel and the others are using their foot speed.

Lee (over Guy 'cus he's still only 15 while Guy's an adult)

It doesn't count becuase his feet do not touch the ground to cause his movement the same way Raikage's does. "You" logic is broken. Nuff said.

By the way if we're not counting jutsu's and chakra related enhancements, then Lee wins hands down and when he's 30 there won't be a faster ninja.
