Well, if you are talking about pure foot speed, than Minato is obviously inferior. Alive Minato that is, not Edo KCM Minato.
The way minato took naruto from tobi, that was not ftg but was is speed.
Minato was the same speed as raikage.
See in anime when minato used a kunai to target ay, minato was faster at that moment.

Minato is faster hat naruto

And i wanted to discuss n this thread about it too that minato's ftg can be counted as speed or not.

Minatos footspeed in inferior to As, since he had to use FTG in order to get away. In the manga, you can clearly see that Minatos eyes widened when A charged at him, he was surprised.

If As speed in inferior to KCM Naruto in that department, and BM Naruto is even faster then we shouldnt even compare Narutos and Minatos footspeed, since the answer is obvious.

Minato used ftg because he was standing and the raikage had gotten close to him whereas whereas naruto was already running

Then that makes Narutos feat even more impressive.
Not really when you know that at 2-3 centimeters, all he did was dodge the attack, when at 1centimeter, Minato didn't only tossed up a kunai above A, but teleported away and came back, before A even traversed his earlier tossed up kunai completely. He acted much faster in a closer distance than Naruto there in my opinion, but i guess people will still have their other interpretation on the matter

Don't know what you mean by footspeed since it doesn't really exist in my naruto vocabulary. All i know is reflexive speed and shunshin when concerning speed. If you talk about reflexive speed, yes i believe Minato is above his son. If you talk about Shunshin though, i already replied on the thread

I missed your post, my bad. By foot speed I mean a speed that character can perform while moving oh his two own legs, whenever its Shunshin or not.
