Naruto because he is the son of Minato Namikaze who practically mastered the FTG tech.

i picked naruto, but i think the raikage would be the best person to wield the ftg. no need to explain why.

Naruto doesnt really need it, Sakura doesnt have the reaction time to use it so out of those 3 I say Sasuke. But he doesnt deserve it. So I say Itachi. Only people from the hidden leaf should really have it.

I don't think anyone should learn it frankly. It sort of cheapens the technique, to me at least. It was pretty much Minato's signature technique and what made him special.
