Itachi sincd he was able to hit the Rinnegan's blindspot.

Minato of course he was able to deflect the kunai of 20 enemy's while kakashi was rushing into that rock ninja and kakashi didn't so much as get a scratch, itachi sucks he just does a bunch of fancy shit that no one cares to see.

I'm not even sure if you actually think Minato can compete against Itachi in this area of field. Uchiha are naturally gifted in the use Shurikenjutsu; Itachi not only is so acute in throwing, but can land on invisible targets such as Nagato's summons. He possess the Sharingan which can act as a device for accuracy. Itachi completely outclasses Minato in every way. This isn't debatable at all.​
