3T Sharingan enables you to see into the near future; Itachi's Sharingan will allow him to predict where each and every Shuriken would be fired towards so he could react accordingly. Truth is correct. In combination with the Sharingan his Shurikenjutsu is enhanced.
Yet he didn't see that Sasuke's shuriken was rigged, despite it still having a string connected to it.

Did he not plan that? I was under the conclusion that everything about that battle was planned. If not, it can still be attributed to the fact that Sasuke rigged his Shuriken.
itachi was

1 on his death bed
2 holding back on sasuke still
3 didnt tsukoiyomi backfire on itachi lol

even ztsu stated that itachi would normally have no problems dodging it

honestly..i consider itachi feats better

I don't see what this proves, and no you're wrong. Itachi realized that Sasuke's shuriken was rigged and Zetsu said he should of been able to dodge it with impunity.

The reason he was hit by it is contributed to the fact that he was near death from the very beginning of their battle and so his reaction speed reflected that.

Obviously Itachi. Minato has displayed no Shurikenjutsu feats that would lead me to believe he's far above average like Itachi has. Minato's main fighting style is teleportation and quick attacks via Kunai, that doesn't mean he is proficient in it, at least to the level of Itachi.

So he's not proficient in his main fighting style?

Tell me when Minato throws Shurikens properly and at defined targets. Out of these two, Itachi decimates Minato. Sasuke is the king of Shuriken-jutsu in the manga.

Good point there...

Let's see, in a mission-like situation... Itachi's shuriken jutsu is better since his main focus is aim and accuracy...

And Minato uses it for assistance in his battles by placing them in their places rather quickly and in huge numbers...

Since, Shuriken-Jutsu is actually marksmanship... I'd give it to Itachi...

Itachi is better, more than half of his Justus revolved around Shurikenjustu.

Minato just uses thunder god slash if in any conflict with a shuriken

IMO
they are both great
but Itachi had more chances to display his skill

for the people that talk like Minato has no feats...
