Shit man you really negged me. Thanks for the constructive argument. You saying this just proves to me that you have no way of denying what I have just said. You can't disprove that this thread is asking a subjective/opinionated question and that the argument can go either way. I thought your question was 'who bears more responsibility?' Not 'who is protecting the village from threats better?' or 'Who is a better Hokage?'

Naruto and Sasuke fought Shin together anyway. If Sasuke stopped doing his job than the village would still be in good hands you do realise right?

The Man who became the 7th Hokage. Naruto holds the highest responsibilities. While Sasuke is on his little secret mission, it is Naruto who takes care of the paper work, and the organization of the village. The dude is so busy that he can't even get the time to spend with his own son that much.


Anyone who thinks Sasuke has more responsibility needs to understand that a secret agent does not have more responsibility than the president of the country.

Naruto at any time he wants, can expel Sasuke from the village and declare him traitor. If Sasuke does a misison while Naruto says no, then he is going against the Hokage. And going against the Hokage, he will suffer punishment.

So yea, Naruto is the one giving out orders not Sasuke. Naruto let Sasuke do his missions. Similar to how Hashirama let tobirama talk over him. <<< Don't confuse them letting people inferior in rank talk over them with, them not having any power. Naruto will put Sasuke down if he has to.
