Naruto's obligation is to keep watch over Konoha. Sasuke has no obligations, he just wants to help out outside the village by tracking the Otsutsuki member. While he does have an aim, it isn't something he's legally bound by.

sasuke has morale obligation/responsibility to protect shinobi world from outsiders, as strongest shinobi

Obviously Naruto. He had held that responsibility since his young days - protecting the world and at the same time trying to protect and save Sasuke's ass.

Even till now, only Naruto whom the world regard as the official World's Hero, not Sasuke. They definitely know it will be Naruto that will go to any length to save the world, and not Sasuke. Sasuke is helping Naruto to take care of the world, to make up the shits he had done before to the world and to Naruto. He's paying back Naruto for saving him.

So yeah, Naruto's responsibility > Sasuke's

-becuz Naruto is just sitting on his chair doing job of hokage in peace period....he has nothing to worry about..

-but sasuke is taking risck and traveling by himself in jungle doing investigations ...many dangerous things threatens him.....any villain might surprise sasuke and stab him in the back......


-becuz of sasuke , the others villages learned about new threats.......so i guess sasuke is doing better job then Naruto

it's his duty that is derived from reason and consiousness and love of his country!!....true hokage don't wait to get his responsibilities (naruto)...true hokage is he who seek them!!!! (sasuke)...
