As they explained in the latest chapter, there are 4 location poneglyphs and when they are all brought together on a map Raftel (The end of the grand line & the place the great treasure One Piece is hidden and the explanation for the blank century will be found out) yes, RAFTEL will be visible.. Kaidou has one of the location poneglyphs, Big Mom has one, one is in Zou and the last one is missing.. Who do you guys think has the last one? I bet its shanks and that he also has a copy of all the other location poneglyphs xD

Maybe Dragon hid the last one, because Dragon lives at Raftel/Bartigo!! He'll be revealed as a big influence on Roger and he's the most intelligent man in One Piece!

I don't think Shanks has it or that would have been mentioned, why say 2 pirates(Yonkou at that) have it and not mention the 3rd if that was the plan. Idk who has it but fairly certain it's not Shanks same for WB, Dragon would make more sense but Robin should know about it if he did so he probably doesn't either. The Gorosei would logically try to get and hide one.
Plus Shanks was there why would he need that info.

You should check the picture they show when they talk about Raftel, it's Bartigo.
And as if Sabo could tell Luffy (yet).. Did Sabo also tell Luffy about his father?? And suddenly volume 11 is called Bartigo when they show Raftel

Both Ace & Sabo wants to see there little brother becoming PK. If Rev HQ was Raftel he would definately tell Luffy that he should come at Raftel.
And anybody who reaches Raftel automatically becomes PK. So u think Dragon became PK?

They showed Momo's ancestor who used to create poneglyphs 800years ago.
They showed Kaido & BM has 2poneglyphs & last one is lost.
Nothing suggest Bartigo is Raftel.

WB had a rough idea where OP is kept.
Dragon was already Rev Leader when MFwar took place.
Now pls explain why will WB say, "One who finds OP will start a war"?
With your theory Dragon's base is at Raftel that means he already found OP & became PK. Where is the war WB was talking about?

Well Dragon is currently in a war with the WG though I'm not saying that's proof. Also just reaching Raftel doesn't grant you the OP and doesn't just grant you the title you still have to find OP on Raftel then return with it to show. Dragon may not be looking for OP on Raftel(if Bartigo is Raftel) he may not even know they're the same place he may have just found a good well hidden island and used it.

-let me guess u will say Roger must hav gave him direction. If that was the case then he knew Bartigo is Raftel & OP is hidden somewhere in that island.
I m not buying that he reached Raftel without any clue & made that his base because it looks creepy & nice place to hide. Even if that was the case a throughout investigation must have been carried out by Rev to see if any pirate/marine base is there or not.

-u said he is already fighting against WG(without finding OP)but all pirates are doing the same. Luffy declared War on WG at Ennies Lobby. U can't say this was the war WB told everybody at MF.

1. you should never try and guess what someone will say, it's usally not correct and if it is you give them a chance to back out. No I think the how will get answered right now we don't know how he found his base, if it is Raftel it may just be that Monkey family luck.
2. I said it wasn't proof but he is in a war. And it's presumably because he has void century info.

Today's chapter explained one need 4poneglyphs to find the way to reach Raftel. Other than this WB & Rayleigh knew where Raftel is.
Now this theory(Bartigo is Raftel)is purely based on an image that Duke was thinking. Now here is my question, "How did that Duke knew How Raftel looks like? He was not a part of Roger crew. And I m sure Momo's dad didnot took him to Raftel. This means he was simply speculating how Raftel should look like.
Yes this is the reason why Dragon is fighting against WG. He must have info regarding void century & also the injustice system WG & CD created. This has nothing to do wit the war WB said regarding OP. That war means Pirates will also come & fight against each other because they want apart of Rogers treasure.
